With our online system you do not need to call us at 8.00am to get an appointment, you can go online select the appointment box, follow the instruction and complete the online form between 8.00am to 4.00pm. Our dedicated Clinical Team are waiting to assess your completed form and allocate an appointment based on medical urgency.  You will be contacted within 24 hours. Please click Appointment to complete the online form.

If you cannot complete the online form because of age or disability, call us and our staff will help you in completing the form by asking you questions about your symptoms before passing the completed form to the Clinical Team.

Please note that for GP appointment the process is the same whether you cantact us through our website or the telephone.  The online form will be completed and submitted to our Clinical Team, they will assess your completed form and contact you.
