The NHS provides healthcare for people free of charge however there are some services which patients come to see the GP for which is not funded by the NHS and therefore are chargable. These non-nhs services are listed below:

•           Supporting letter to employers
•           Fit to fly letter
•           Insurance claim forms
•           Fostering form
•           Access to full medical records or computer summary
•           Travel insurance forms
•           Confirmation of address for school/home office
