Repeat Prescriptions

Medication queries

When requesting a medication, please tell us the name of the medication, where or who prescribed it, and roughly how long ago it was prescribed. This helps us check your records and make sure the request is safe and appropriate.

If you have not had the medication from us before, or it was prescribed by another service or hospital, your request may take longer as we may need to check the medication and obtain further information.

To request the medication please complete the Klinik form, select tile labled Medication related/queries here
