Our appointment system has now changed, to make things easier for patients. With our new system you can complete an online form with your medical query.  If you cannot use the online form, contact the surgery and our friendly staff will be able to help you complete the form.  

Note that all medical queries are assessed by a GP, you may be asked for additional information regarding your enquiry. The process is the same whether you contact us through the website or the telephone.  The call will take up to 5 minutes and will allow the practice to deal with your enquiry more effectively.

Once your form is submitted, the Surgery will contact you within 24 hour working hours.
