Our nurses can provide travel health advice and arrange for appropriate immunisations. It is important to make the initial appointment as early as possible - at least 8 weeks before you travel - as you may require further appointments to receive a course of vaccinations and some vaccines have to be ordered. In the first instance, complete the 1.-Travel-risk-assessment-form-2022.pdf, contact the Surgery and book a Telephone appointment for a travel consultation, if the form is not completed, this will cause some delays, so complete the form first. Some vaccinations need to be given at least 3 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.
Travel Immunisation Appointment Update
We occasionally reach full capacity for travel immunisation appointments. When this happens, we regret that we are unable to book additional appointments.
If you require travel immunisations and we are unable to assist, we recommend contacting a specialist travel clinic.
